Gutterclean uPVC Gutter & Fascia Boards etc
Generally speaking uPVC (rigid plastic) gutters are the cheapest option when deciding on which gutter type to install on a property. Provided that there is already a sound fascia board (timber or uPVC) in place to fix too and that the roof tiles project beyond that fascia by the correct amount in order that water continues from off the tiles into the new gutter, rather than down the back of it or over the front edge. This can happen when a change has been made from say wooden gutter to uPVC. Unfortunately we come across this scenario quite often so it's something to be on your guard for. The other thing to be aware of is that there is standard size domestic uPVC gutter or there is the more substantial deep flow uPVC gutter, designed as the name suggests to carry away more water at a faster rate. This type of gutter would be unlikely to be the cheapest option as might the standard uPVC type. Because we fit all types/ sizes of guttering ie wood, uPVC & seamless aluminium we only ever recommend the one that is most suitable for the property in question. As with the uPVC gutter there are also matching fascia and soffit boards available in white, black or brown.
<< Back << Important: Simple inexpensive cleaning of your gutters can cure those persistant nagging drips, which if left, will eventually lead to soaked brickwork and costly damage to internal plaster and decorations.
